I am making the desktop background I have to have the designs size at 800x600 pixels and have a resolution of 72 DPI. I will have to include what platforms the game is on the age rating the release date and a 3d environment.

Professional comparison  

This is the professional wallpaper for Dark Souls made by From Software. This does not have a lot of graphics on it so that it will draw more attention to the Black Knight which is one of the elite enemies. The name of the game is at the bottom so it is noticed. The copyright information is located on the bottom right in white so it can be seen. I think the smoke effects on the knight can be used for the portal on my wallpaper.

 

This is the design. I think that the background is good as the smoke is clear on the computer screen and all the information is on the  design while the not taking up space and being noticeable.
