Evaluating my 3D animation

At first I wanted to make something that was simple like a camera looking at things in a room however when I found out that some people were already doing that I decided to make a storyboard which helped me figure out what I wanted to do in  my animation.

I first made basic buildings for houses & put textures on them I then grouped them and placed the copy's around round the original to make it look like a built up area I then put a camera in to the environment to make the first part of the animation. I then took a cylinder and deleted the polygons which were at the bottom to make the tunnel I also made a chair by making the shape of the chair and I used the mesh smoother so that the chair would look a bit better. I also added a film grain effect to the animation to make the fog look thicker than it is. I did this by clicking on render then environments and then choosing effects and then choosing film grain and fog and volume fog, also the doors on the buildings are gray because I wanted to make the events seem unnatural.

I think that the problems I had with my animation cost me a lot of time as sometimes max would rotate to a fixed camera which slowed me down it also did not display some of the icons for rotating the scene and I perhaps if I had made placed the textures after making the basic models I may have been able to get better textures make better windows and concentrate more on the modeling.

I have learned how to and effects like motion blur, film grain and I can add fog to the an animation.

I think that my weakness with animating slowed me down  as I wanted to make the camera fade to black and open up at the part where the car. Also the animation on the camera at one point made it go up, also near to the end of the animation I could not turn the camera to the left and make it go around the car so it can show all sides for the accident.
